PCB And Hardware Design

Our hardware architecture is engineered to industrial standards for 24/7 uninterrupted operation.

  • High current and power endurance: Reinforced PCB current paths and high-quality relay blocks for 30A general power and 16A lighting/climate lines.
  • Compact DIN rail standards: Modular case designs optimised from 2 to 10 modules.
  • Noise and overvoltage protection: SMPS and transformer integration protected against mains fluctuation, interference and electrostatic discharge.
  • Easy on-site maintenance: Fuse structures replaceable without removing the unit, and reliable terminal connections.

Embedded Software And Smart Decision Algorithms

  • Multi-parameter occupancy analysis: Algorithms that process presence sensor, door switch and card holder data in a single stable logic chain, reducing faulty power cuts to zero.
  • Door vibration / noise filtering: A dedicated filtering architecture that prevents false triggering on door slams.
  • Three operating architectures: Flexible firmware that runs ONLY SAVER, ONLY PIR and HYBRID modes dynamically from one board.
  • Secure RFID verification: Encrypted card recognition protocols that filter out non-standard or unauthorised MIFARE cards.
