Outside-door room indicator panels: Do Not Disturb (DND), Make Up Room (MUR), occupancy status, illuminated room number and hotel logo.
Guest Privacy and Faster Operations
The electronic DND system instantly displays the service requests sent by the guest from inside the room, along with the room’s actual occupancy status, using illuminated icons outside the door. An illuminated room number, a customisable hotel logo and a smart bell button are combined in a single elegant panel.

How do DND panels integrate with the system?
DND door panels take their power and control signals directly from the relay unit, so no external adapter is needed in the panel. When the guest makes a selection inside the room, DND, MUR and occupancy information is shown with illuminated icons on the panel outside.
Does the door bell ring while DND mode is active?
No. When Do Not Disturb is activated the door bell is disabled automatically, so the guest is not disturbed while resting.
How is room occupancy reported to the staff?
A signal from the relay panel and the Energy Saver card holder shows whether a guest is in the room via the illuminated indicator outside the door, so housekeeping does not knock unnecessarily.
Can the panel design be customised for our hotel?
Yes. Project-specific production is available with plexi/acrylic, tempered glass, wood veneer and stainless chrome surfaces, your hotel logo, room number typography and customisable LED colours.
Where can the panel be mounted?
It can be applied as flush or surface mount on walls, door frames or architraves, and is also compatible with surfaces such as timber panelling and mirrored door architraves.
